UniPass Immigration is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale our growing education and immigration consultancy business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and business strategy
- Lead overall operations, sales, marketing, and business development
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence (local & international)
- Build strong relationships with universities, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with immigration policies and international regulations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, partnerships, and public engagements
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to drive revenue growth and manage organizational change
- Strong network in the education/immigration sector (preferred)
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in leadership/management roles
- Experience in education consultancy, immigration, or service industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes
