Job Description

Position Details:

  • Position: General Manager (GM)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Industry: Education & Immigration Consultancy
  • Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
  • Additional Benefits: Performance bonus + incentives
     

    Office Hours:

  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Friday

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead and manage sales, counseling, and operations teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets
  • Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, universities, and partners
  • Ensure proper handling of student applications and visa processes
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
  • Maintain service quality and client satisfaction
  • Report directly to top management and provide performance insights

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of sales and business development
     

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Experience in education consultancy/immigration sector preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
