This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage operations, sales, and team performance within the education and immigration consultancy sector.

Position Details:
- Position: General Manager (GM)
- Job Type: Full-time

- Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Office Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and manage sales, counseling, and operations teams
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, universities, and partners
- Ensure proper handling of student applications and visa processes
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Maintain service quality and client satisfaction
- Report directly to top management and provide performance insights
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in education consultancy/immigration sector preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
